Laboratory of Genetic/Psychiatric Epidemiology and Biostatistics

Our research focuses on applying statistical modeling approach to study the predictive factors of psychiatric and complex disorders, the familial aggregation of endophenotypic markers, and gene-environment interactions. The research content includes: (A) Genetic studies on the predictive and prognostic markers of psychiatric and other complex disorders; (B) Development of experimental design and statistical methods for genetic research on psychiatric disorders; (C) Risk prediction models based on machine learning algorithms for psychiatric disorders and related neuropsychological traits; and (D) Clinical epidemiological research and statistical modeling approach for complex disorders using big data.
