Recruiting One Full-time Faculty Member at the Rank of Assistant Professor or Above

Qualifications:

  1. Possession of a doctoral degree or equivalent certification at the assistant professor level or above.
  2. Relevant teaching and research experience in public health, with publications in international SCI/SSCI journals.
  3. Expertise sought in the following areas:
    • Health policy and management, health services research, healthcare and long-term care systems
    • International health, medical informatics
    • Epidemiology of infectious diseases, cancer epidemiology
  4. Proficiency in English teaching
    Required Documents:
  5. Curriculum vitae, list of publications, copies/scans of academic certificates.
  6. Best selected research papers, including full-text electronic files (up to 15 papers, no time limit).
  7. Teaching and research plan for the next five years (no specific format required).
  8. Three recommendation letters (no specific format, recommenders to email directly to the Institute of Public Health).
  9. Other supporting materials demonstrating research potential, such as awards, special achievements, patents, highly cited papers, outstanding works, etc.
    Application Submission:
  10. All required documents should be sent in compressed electronic format directly to the Institute of Public Health via email (Subject line: "Application for Faculty Position at NCKU Institute of Public Health_Applicant's Name").
  11. Recommendation letters should be emailed directly to the Institute of Public Health by the recommenders, who should keep the original copies. If the applicant passes the initial screening, the recommenders will need to provide hard copies for further review.
