Dr. Chang, Kun-Chia has been implementing alternative therapies for drug addiction treatment in Taiwan for over 17 years and has actively participated in significant national public health policies, including the Hepatitis C elimination initiative, the resettlement of Longfa Tang congregants, and psychiatric interventions for inmates in Tainan Prison/Detention Center. His contributions to epidemic prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic have also been recognized with awards from the Taiwan Medical Association.
