1. Those who have graduated from domestic and foreign research institutes with a master's degree and have training or experience relevant to the proposed job.

2. Those with professional fields such as public health, medicine, information or statistics, and those who have taken courses related to statistics and research methods or have work experience in statistical analysis are particularly preferred.

3. Ability to use statistical software (such as SAS, R, STATA), Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.

4. Serious and responsible, active in learning, no bad habits, highly cooperative and able to complete assigned tasks.

5. For those who meet the above qualifications, it is especially advantageous to have more than 2 years of relevant practical work experience in health monitoring surveys or population health research, or those with English proficiency at intermediate or advanced level.
