Please upload the following documents in order. Recommendation letters should be submitted separately via the application system:
- University transcripts (including ranking)
- Two recommendation letters
- Fill in the recommender's basic information (name, title, organization, email, etc.)
- The applicant sends the online recommendation form to the recommender's email. The recommender completes and submits it online.
- Resume (including personal academic background, autobiography, research projects, publications, etc.)
- Research proposal
- Other relevant materials for review (such as English proficiency tests, public health competency tests, research awards, national certifications)
Normal Admissions
Part 1: Document Evaluations (60%)

- Biostatistics and Epidemiology(50%)
Candidates who pass the written exam will be notified for an interview. Required documents must be submitted to the Department one week before the interview.

- At least two recommendation letters (format not restricted)
